Minis News – September 2023

Dear Parents,

Welcome back! We (the coaches) are delighted to be back playing and having fun. Our ethos as you know is children having fun in a safe environment. We always welcome feedback on how we can improve as a club,  so if you have any suggestions or feedback, let us know!

 

Changes This Year to Communications

This year we are hoping to reduce / remove communication through Whatsapp – and migrate to ClubZap – see details below. Parents will need to register on 2 platforms this year:

1. Sportslomo – This is for Leinster Branch Registration requirements.  
2. ClubZap – This will be the club communication platform to parents for the season ahead.

Below are the steps to Register for SportsLomo and ClubZap.

If your child has not been registered with the club before, please make sure to:

1) Register them on SportsLomo (Link below) as a new registration.
This is an IRFU requirement. Proof of ID (passport/birth cert) to verify child’s date of birth will need to be uploaded. All existing players will need to update their registration for the 2023/2024 season.

 

2) Register as a member on ClubZap
This year we are moving all payments, communications, training and match notifications to Clubzap. Remember to join team chat.
