Stillorgan-Rathfarnham RFC 1st XV
Our 1st XV play in Division 4 of the Dublin’s Metro League. This is a competitive league with a reasonably high standard of rugby.
The team has grown from strength to strength over the last few seasons and takes on big name clubs on a weekly basis. The 1sts have their sights set firmly on silverware in the coming year!
Training & Matches
Games are generally played on Friday nights or Sunday afternoons against teams in the greater Dublin area. Home games are played at Heavey Technology Park, Rathfarnham.
From 16 August 2022, training will take place at Heavey Technology Park (location here) on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7.30pm. For more information about our grounds, click here.
Stillorgan-Rathfarnham RFC prides itself on being a players club with a parish mentality. Tough battles and shared successes on the pitch have forged as great sense of camaraderie, and ensure that there a strong social element to the team also. This is nearly as big a part of the team as the rugby! New players are always welcome to join us – we are recruiting now!
